Returns and Exchanges
StarMaker is committed to providing the best products and friendliest customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please provide us with the requested information below and we will reply within 48 hours.
By filling out the information below you will create a customer service ticket. An email will be sent to you with instructions and your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA must be requested within 30 days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned in its original condition in the original box, and safely packed with all collateral materials, including your original invoice and sent to Pearl within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. If you do not have your original invoice, please include your name and shipping address as you believe it appeared on the invoice.
StarMaker will refund all monies paid for the product(s) ordered. However, refunds are NOT available for Shipping and Handling charges or for Free or Reduced Price Trial Offer fees.
If the product has failed due to a manufacturing defect, a refund will be made. If the product has been damaged, broken or otherwise rendered unusable due to accidental or intentional harm to the unit(s) by human, pet, natural or other cause, the item is non-refundable.
NOTE: StarMaker recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and exchanges and (2) either insure your package for safe return to StarMaker or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damages to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (UPSP) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace. More importantly, please DO NOT send back any product via Collect or C.O.D. delivery, as Pearl CANNOT accept or be responsible for any deliveries of this nature and no refund will be possible under those circumstances.
